Ordered one of their medallions with a small adjustment to the design. They told me it would take 6-8 weeks but it has been 16 weeks and I am still waiting. I keep calling and they keep telling me time frames that come and go with no results. However, I went with this company because their prices were very competitive. All the other companies told me they only needed 3 weeks. I may end up needing to cancel my order and get my money back. I'll update if I ever get it.
